Terms and Conditions for Central Ohio Oil

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Central Ohio Oil Environmental Services (“Central Ohio Oil,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the use of our website (centralohiooil.com). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Central Ohio Oil provides a range of environmental services, including but not limited to, fuel and oil recycling, waste management, transportation and logistics, and industrial services (collectively, the “Services”). All Services are provided in accordance with a mutually agreed-upon Service Agreement, which will specify the scope of work, pricing, and other relevant details.

2. Waste Acceptance and Characterization

Central Ohio Oil is a non-hazardous waste management facility. We do not accept hazardous waste. Prior to accepting any waste stream, you must provide detailed and accurate information about its composition. We reserve the right to conduct our own testing and analysis to verify the waste characterization. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is complete and accurate, and that the waste materials are non-hazardous as defined by applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Title and Risk of Loss

Title to and liability for the waste materials shall transfer to Central Ohio Oil upon our collection and acceptance of the materials at your location, unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement. You remain responsible for any and all liability related to waste materials that do not conform to the characterization you provided.

4. Compliance with Laws

Central Ohio Oil is committed to full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those promulgated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). We expect our customers to share this commitment to environmental responsibility. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your operations and the generation, storage, and handling of waste materials.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for Services is due in accordance with the terms set forth in the Service Agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and other penalties as specified in the Service Agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for non-payment.

6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Central Ohio Oil’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid for the Services giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Central Ohio Oil, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

7. Website Use

The content on our website is for informational purposes only. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the content. Your use of the website is at your own risk. The website and its content are the property of Central Ohio Oil and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Columbus, Ohio.

9. Changes to These Terms
